"The reason I chose Dane Court."
"Can I stay another week?"
"Dane Court's best trip."
Over the years, students partipating in our annual visit to Kent Mountain Centre in North Wales have said some wonderful things about the place and their experiences. The visit in November 2016 was certainly no exception. As always, everyone took part in a spectacular range of truly exciting and physically challenging activities. The teams of staff, instructors and students were all keen to take advantage of the ideal weather and spent some awesome days on the mountains of Snowdonia National Park and the sea cliffs of Anglesey.
The trip is an annual event and typically includes activities such as hillwalking, mountain scrambling, rock climbing (indoors and outside on natural cliffs), problem solving, raft building, orienteering, mine exploration, gorge scrambling and sea level traversing.
When we reach the time to climb back on the coach and return to Kent, everyone is feeling physically tired but their heads are full of exciting memories from the past five days.
The visit is popular, outstanding value for money and always over subscribed.
The next visit takes place in November 2017 and information letters will be available to year eight students after half term.
