Two Dane Court students took part in the in the final of the annual junior climbing competition on Saturday 25 June 2011. Isabelle Cooke, 9T and Billy Morgan, 10H travelled to the Wolf Mountain climbing wall in Wolverhampton where they joined nearly 190 other qualifying climbers from eleven regions throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

After a hectic day of climbing challenges across two disciplines, Isabelle finished thirteenth in the 14-16 Girls category of 29 competitors and Billy was twentieth out of 32 in the 14-16 Boys category. Both performed well considering the standard of the competition (some of whom have already represented Britain in the European Youth Series).

Isabelle and Billy also played their part in London and South East taking first place in the regional team competition for the second year running.
