A day to remember...

Spirits were high on Friday 27 May as Year 13 students arrived at what was officially their last day of school. But this was to be no ordinary day and this was no ordinary sixth form group!

Waves of students in rainbow coloured fancy dress costumes paraded into school: action heroes, mythical characters and famous icons paraded in to Dane Court mid morning to enjoy, not only their last day together before the examinations start, but also to leave us with memories that will be hard to erase.

The Media Group proudly issued their spectacular year book to all: the newspaper team issued their last and many would say their funniest edition; speeches were heard and tributes paid by the sixth form tutor team who each declared their form to be the best; tears were shed...but there was much laughter too. This was truly a great send off.
