Dane Court has been a place of dramatic change recently; what with new buildings, new equipment, new qualifications, new ID cards (new website even). It's all a little bewildering and it's not over yet.

When the new term starts in September everyone will walk into a new timetable which will do more than just move your lessons around. This change is one of many brought about by the next big step towards making your school house the centre of your world at Dane Court.

You will immediately notice the adjustments to the school day but there is much more going on besides. To help you get your bearings in all this change we will be launching a new House section on this website.

From 1 September 2011 you can find:

• The news page dedicated to your house (you can also visit the other house pages if you like)
• The main House news page where you can find out about inter-house competitions and other activities
• The latest house points scores for each house
• The names and photos of your house captains
• A list of all the teachers and assistants linked with your house

This new section of the website also gives students the opportunity contribute. You will start to see articles written by your house captains and other members of your house. If you have something you would like to contribute or an idea for further improvements to the House section, contact your house captains, head of house or the deputy head of house or talk to your house mentor on your weekly mentor period.
