Unbelievably it is already the end of the school year and Dane Court's student newspaper team from ‘Chatter’ have been working super hard from home & in some cases from school to bring you this bright summer edition. We hope you enjoy reading it!
We have filled this edition with some great examples of the art work & healthy meals produced by our students, news of delayed film releases & messages of support from DCGS staff. Our fantastic students have also been reporting on what they have been doing outside of school, how staff have tackled isolation & how the experience has been for them so far, from the very beginning to now! Mrs Jellet was interviewed remotely & ‘the’ sports day bandit still makes an appearance!!
If anyone new to Dane Court would like to join the chatter team when we return to school, or just come along to see what we get up to, they shall be very welcome. All students & staff from across the school are very welcome. If your strength isn’t writing, we always need people with an eye for detail & a hand at editing! It would be especially great to hear from you all!
Chatter would like to ask student's, staff, PTA and their families to remain safe & well during this interesting time. Look after yourselves & one another but most of all ensure you all have a relaxing, long rest over the holidays, remember to get creative for our competition. See you all when we return in September.
