Ellie is one of our incredibly talented year 9 students, who wanted to compose a song to express how much she missed her friends and school life here at Dane Court. As a teacher, it is so heartwarming to receive projects that students have been working on from home.

Ellie is a talented musician and dancer and is hoping to study music at GCSE next year. I would encourage all our musical students to get inspired and have a go at writing their own song. Ellie has perfectly captured how much School and her friends mean to her, in the song 'Don't Be Afraid'. Congratulations Ellie, what a positive response to the current situation.
