In Food Technology lessons this half term, Year 9 have again been designing and making meals for Valentine's Day. This year they went a step further and set up a 'Blind Date' Bistro for invited adults. They had a great time pairing up teachers, who entered into the spirit of it very well. The Technology plaza came to life as it changed into a pink, romantic environment, with hearts, flowers, soft music, tables for two and delicious food. The teachers were attentively cared for by the waiters and waitresses, who looked just the part. The food was gorgeous – and all of this in a 50 minute lesson. Well done year nine!!
